Bureau Veritas expands its Certification Testing Portfolio to CTIA OTA V3.9.2 & CWG V2.2.1 in Taiwan
Bureau Veritas has expanded its testing capability and capacity for the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) Test Plan for Wireless Device Over-the-Air (OTA) Performance Version 3.9.2, as well as CTIA and Wi-Fi Alliance® Test Plan for RF Performance Evaluation of Wi-Fi® Mobile Converged Devices Version 2.2.1, effective on 1st June.

ETSI EN 300 328 V2.2.2 will become mandatory on 6th August 2021
ETSI EN 300 328 V2.2.2, the European 2.4GHz harmonized standard will become mandatory on 6th August 2021. The ETSI EN 300 328 transition period will end on this date. All products evaluated to previous versions will then need to satisfy the requirements for V2.2.2. The 2.4 GHz band used for wireless technologies are affected, such as:
• Bluetooth Classic + EDR
• Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Wi-Fi
• Other wideband and frequency hopping (FHSS) data transmission equipment in the 2400-2483.5MHz band
