FACTORY INSPECTIONS FOR ELECTRONICS

Our technical inspection service helps verify that your products are manufactured in compliance with all your specified requirements; including some on-site testins and construction checks.

We have three levels of service for electronics product manufacturers:

• Quality Inspection: A pre-shipment inspection carried out at the start, during or after the production run to verify that the quality and quantity of finished goods is as per your requirements
• Technical Inspection: Over and above the QC Inspection, our Technical Inspection leverages experienced Bureau Veritas engineers to carry out on-site tests and construction checks on your product to verify critical compliance criteria are being managed in the production run
• Manufacturing Inspection: Our premium service performed before production has started whereby we assess each step of the manufacturing process for manufactuing compliance from in-coming material control through warehouse management to assembly, inline QC and packing.
