The California Proposition 65 (CA Prop 65) adopted by California voters in 1986 thru ballot initiative. It requires the Governor of California to publish a list of chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
These chemicals are categorized by the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) and the list must be updated at least once a year. Up to now, over 900 chemicals have been listed.
In this webinar, we will have an overview of the CA Prop 65 requirement and share the update of current settlement cases with the examples as well as the requirements and test parameters.
