South Africa's ICASA published a notice to make amendments to the 2015 South Africa Frequency Plan

On July 23, 2019, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) issued a notice of intention to amend their 2015 Frequency Spectrum Regulation. The use or possession of the Radio Apparatus in accordance with the specified frequency bands & specifications shall not require a radio frequency spectrum license.
