Public Consultation on Eight Potential SVHC under EU REACH Regulation

On 09 March 2021, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) published eight new potential Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) candidates (see table). After preparing dossiers for the substances, the ECHA has now invited interested parties to a public consultation in which they can provide comments within a timeframe of 45 days (until 23 April 2021).  

A decision will be made as to whether the substances will be included to the ECHA Candidate List of SVHC after the consultation. 

The Eight Potential SVHCs:
