Indonesia KOMINFO issued Public Consultation for Test Labs recognition procedure

On April 24, 2019 Indonesia Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) conducts public consultations on the Draft Ministerial Regulation (RPM) on Information on the Procedure for Implementation of the Determination of the Internal Test Center and Recognition of the Overseas Test Center for the Need for Certification of Telecommunication Tools and / or Devices (including attachments) from April 24, d. May 1, 2019. Community feedback and responses to the results of public consultations can be emailed to siti028@kominfo.go.id, siti_n@postel.go.id, merry@postel.go.id, cendrawasih@postel.go.id.
The RPM is a simplification of 2 (two) Regulations of the Minister of Communication and Information and improvement of the substance of 2 (two) Minister of Communication and Information Regulations, namely:
a. Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 15 of 2012 concerning Implementation Guidelines for the Establishment of a Domestic Test Center; and
b. Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 16 of 2012 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Recognizing Foreign Test Centers.
