GB/T 8427-2019 Textiles-Tests for Colorfastness: Colorfastness to artificial light: Xenon arc will be put into implementation July 1st, 2020

GB/T 8427-2019 will supersede GB/T 8427-2008 and be put into implementation as of July 1st 2020. There are several differences between these two editions, such as added preliminary assessment stage in Method 1; three instead of two blue wool references with different numbers used in Method 3; specified that there are two exposure stages in Method 4; additional report for individual stage assessments when their differences exceed by half grade.
