CPSC Issues Educational Information for Business Guidance for Protective Equipment and Sanitizers and General Home Safety Procedures

On October 27, 2020, the CPSC issued two guidance News Releases:

1) Business guidance for COVID -19 products. This guidance outlines the Federal laws which require compliance for protective equipment and sanitizers from a CPSC perspective. This publication covers overall direction and redirects you to other agencies’ guidance; and

2) Educational guidance for the consumer. This guidance summarizes the overall Family Home Safety Checklists for awareness of safety hazards in your own home since many are now working from home or indoors more.
